About RealHauler
RealHauler is the contract logistics business of JLR Logistics LLC, a Texas limited liability company founded in 2020 and based in Missouri City, southwest of Houston. We move freight for Gulf Coast shippers who want a number they can read first, a dispatcher who answers, and the paper that proves the load was delivered.
Why the name
Shippers have been burned by load boards, double brokers and carriers who disappear between pickup and delivery. RealHauler is the opposite promise: a real company at a real address, with its own trucks on the contract lanes, a carrier network it has actually vetted, rates printed where anyone can read them, and a person on the phone who knows where the truck is. The name is the standard.
How we work
An owner-run company. The managing member prices the contract lanes, signs every carrier onto the network and sits in every quarterly review. The dispatch desk quotes, books and tracks every load from Missouri City; carrier relations keeps the owner-operators paid and vetted; billing and claims keeps the invoices matching the confirmations. A small dedicated fleet runs the contract lanes; vetted owner-operators and partner carriers cover spot, overflow, drayage and specialized equipment, and partner facilities in Stafford and Pasadena handle cross-dock and storage. The company is small on purpose: large enough to answer the phone on a Saturday, small enough to know each shipper's docks.

A dispatcher who calls first
You hear about a delay from us before the consignee does. Tracking is automatic; the phone call is a person.
Proof in your inbox
Signed POD within 24 hours, invoice within 48, scorecard every month. Freight is a promise kept on paper; we send the paper.
Vetted capacity, no re-brokering
Every carrier on a JLR load passed the authority, insurance and safety check on the compliance page and is re-vetted every year. We do not hand loads to carriers we have not vetted, and our carriers do not hand them on.
Houston is home
Southwest of the city, with the port, the ship channel, the Triangle and the Gulf South in a day's drive. The people on the board know the docks.

An owner-run company with a dispatch desk, a carrier-relations desk and a billing desk, sized to know each shipper's lanes and each carrier's trucks.

Matches every invoice to the rate confirmation, runs freight audit on managed accounts and manages claims to closure under 49 CFR 370.
Partner facilities and carriers
Cross-docks, heavy haul, Mexican carriers
Cross-dock and storage in Stafford and Pasadena, heavy-haul and RGN capacity, and partner carriers for cross-border freight, all under contract.
