Seven ways to move freight out of Houston, each priced on this site: per mile and per lane for trucks, per pallet for partials and storage, per move for the port, per day for dedicated units and a percentage for the managed desk. Each page lists what is included, what you receive and the questions shippers ask before booking.
Most of what we move is a 53-foot dry van or reefer loaded in the Houston area and delivered inside Texas or the Gulf South the next day. Rates are per loaded mile against the lane table on the pricing page, with a fuel surcharge from the published table and nothing hidden in the accessorials. Every load gets a tracking link that updates from the truck's ELD, a dispatcher who answers the phone, and the signed proof of delivery in your inbox within 24 hours of delivery.

For one to twelve pallets we consolidate on our own trailers running the Texas Triangle and Gulf South lanes every day, so a partial rides with freight going the same way instead of through a hub-and-spoke network. Pricing is per pallet by zone, not by NMFC class, with the pallet size and weight limits printed next to the rate. Pickups are scheduled windows, deliveries are appointment or open dock, and the same tracking link and POD rules apply as on a full truck.

Import and export containers between the Port Houston terminals, the Pearland and Englewood rail ramps and warehouses across the metro, priced per move by distance band with the accessorials published. Our drayage carriers hold port credentials, TWIC and UIIA interchange, and the dispatcher watches last free day and vessel cutoffs so you are not paying demurrage for something a pre-pull would have avoided. Transload to a 53-foot trailer or cross-dock storage is available at the partner facilities in Stafford and Pasadena.

Building materials, pipe and valve, fabricated steel, machinery and oilfield equipment move on 48-foot flatbeds, step decks and, for the tall or heavy, RGN and multi-axle through partner heavy-haul carriers. Open-deck rates are per mile on the lane table with the flatbed column, tarping and securement are priced per load, and oversize and overweight permits, route surveys and escorts are passed through at cost plus the published handling fee so the quote is the same number as the invoice.

When a line is down or a crew is waiting, the dispatch desk covers a sprinter, straight truck, hotshot gooseneck or tractor-trailer within the hour and the driver goes direct. Expedited is priced per mile with a minimum, team service for coast-to-coast overnight is priced per mile on top, and the dispatcher stays on the load until the POD is signed. Oilfield and plant deliveries, including after-hours gate check-in, are what the hotshots do every week.

Containers that need to become truckloads, truckloads that need to become store deliveries, and overflow that needs a roof for a few weeks run through partner cross-docks on the southwest and east sides of Houston. Rates are per pallet for handling and storage and per order and line for pick and pack, with floor-loaded container transload priced per pound. Inventory is visible in the portal by pallet and lot, and freight leaves on our trucks or yours.
A shipper with twenty to two hundred loads a month and nobody whose whole job is freight hands the desk to us. We source and vet the carriers, tender from your routing guide, track every load, audit every carrier invoice against the rate confirmation, and send one consolidated invoice and a scorecard a month. The fee is a percentage of managed spend with a monthly minimum, and the contract lanes we run ourselves are priced at the same published rates as anyone else's.
