Tracking portal
Every load in flight on one screen with the carrier, driver, equipment, last position, ETA and documents. Share a read-only link with your customer. Rate confirmations, PODs, invoices and permits are filed per load.
Home / How it works
What happens between the rate request and the invoice, what we commit to on every load, and what you receive every week and every month.
Origin, destination, equipment, weight, dates and anything unusual: appointment, tarp, hazmat, residential. Email, the form on this site or the portal. A dispatcher answers within 30 minutes in business hours.
One page: linehaul, fuel surcharge, the accessorials we can see, pickup and delivery windows, the equipment, and whether the load runs on a JLR truck or a partner carrier. Signed back by email and the load is booked.
The driver is assigned, you get the truck and trailer numbers and the tracking link, and the dispatcher confirms the pickup appointment with your dock. Free time starts when the truck checks in.
Position updates from the ELD or MacroPoint every 30 minutes, arrival alerts to whoever you name, and a person who calls you before a delay reaches the consignee, not after.
The driver photographs the signed bill of lading at the dock. The POD is in the portal and your inbox within 24 hours, usually within the hour.
Within 48 hours of the POD, matching the rate confirmation line for line, with any accessorial documented. Net 30 on approved credit; weekly consolidated for contract and managed shippers.
On every rate confirmation and measured in every monthly scorecard. When we miss, the credit is applied to the next invoice without being asked for.
| Commitment | Target | Measured by | If we miss |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quote turnaround | 30 minutes in business hours · 2 hours nights and weekends | Timestamp on the request and the rate confirmation | The first load's fuel surcharge is waived |
| On-time pickup | Within the confirmed window | Check-in time on the ELD | Detention at your dock that day is waived |
| On-time delivery | 97% or better across the month | Check-in time against the appointment | A 5% credit on the late load's linehaul |
| Tracking | Position every 30 minutes, arrival alerts at pickup and delivery | Portal log | Reported in the scorecard, fixed with the carrier |
| Proof of delivery | Within 24 hours of delivery | Portal upload time | Net terms on that load extended 15 days |
| Claims | Acknowledged in 1 business day, resolved or declined in writing within 60 days | Claim log | Monthly status until closed, as 49 CFR 370 requires |

For contract and managed shippers: loads tendered, accepted, picked up and delivered that week, on-time by lane, open exceptions and what is booked for next week. Emailed Monday morning.
On-time pickup and delivery, tender acceptance, claims and their status, cost per mile by lane against the contract rate, fuel surcharge paid, accessorials by type, and audit savings on managed freight. Two pages, in the portal on the third business day.
Linehaul, fuel surcharge, known accessorials, pickup and delivery windows, equipment, the carrier authority the load moves under, and our USDOT and MC numbers. Signed by both sides before dispatch.
Your BOL or ours, with the released value, piece count and seal number. The driver photographs the signed delivery copy at the dock; it is in the portal within 24 hours with any exception noted.
Within 48 hours of the POD, line for line against the confirmation, with the POD and any accessorial receipt attached. Net 30 on approved credit; weekly consolidated for contract and managed shippers.
Send the lane and the dates. If the paper arrives the way this page says, send the next one.
